After a fulfilling 25-year career at Canada Post, where gained extensive knowledge in postal operations and the intricacies of logistics analytics. Driven by a passion for data analysis, I embraced the philosophy of “Let the Data Tell the Story.” This inspired me to establish Perry Lavergne Consultant, where I applied my data analysis expertise to the private sector, with a keen focus on postal operations and the key metrics that shape postal services and the broader industry.

I have successfully collaborated with leading global postal operators, including USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, and Australia Post. I led operational audits for these organizations on behalf of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and played a key role in special projects with USPS, where I expertly sampled international shipments and developed data models for high-level executive reports. Additionally, I have taken on significant responsibilities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multiple international committees with the International Post Corporation (IPC) and the UPU, ensuring that postal operators consistently meet compliance with international regulations.

I partner with clients to help them navigate their data, empowering them to make informed business decisions that can significantly impact their organizations. By transforming complex information into engaging graphs and charts, I strive to make these insights not only accessible but also actionable for everyone involved. My goal is to help clients minimize shipping costs and alleviate some of the challenges they face.
